  • Coordination with other division in the company

Finance & Accounting Staff

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English both verbal and written.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with Ms Office and Finance/Accounting software (Incld. Government Tax Apps)
  • Required Skill(s): Financial Planning, Calculating and Problem Solving
  • Preferably Less than 3-year experience specialized in Finance/Accounting Officer or equivalent.
  • Honest and Discipline
  • Strong planning, leading and coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Descriptions :
  • Knowing and understanding well about Account Payable
  • Knowing and understanding about bank cash flow 
  • Managing payment operations of the company
  • Managing and daily report Petty Cash 
  • Make a Monthly and Yearly report
  • Cooperate with a Tax consultant to make Tax report
  • Contribute ideas for future sales
  • Make a Finance report (Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Statement) and can provide timely report to management
  • Willing to do work according to supervisor's direction


Admin Order

Persyaratan :
  • Pelamar minimal lulusan SMA/Diploma atau Setara.
  • Pria/Wanita usia 18-25 tahun
  • Dapat berbahasa Indonesia, secara baik dan benar baik lisan dan tulisan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang yang sama sebagai Admin Order.
  • Dapat menggunakan dan mengoperasikan komputer (PC) dan Ms. Office.
  • Memiliki ketertarikan dengan kecantikan.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Tidak sedang Sekolah/Kuliah atau Bekerja ditempat lain.
  • Memiliki waktu yang flexible dan dapat di percaya.
  • Bertanggungjawab, Jujur, Ramah, Cekatan, Kreatif dan Teliti.
  • Memiliki dedikasi dan motivasi yang tinggi.
  • Dapat bekerja Full-time sendiri maupun dengan tim.
Tanggungjawab Pekerjaan :
  • Mempersiapkan dan memproses orderan yang masuk.
  • Melakukan pengechekan transaksi yang masuk melalui Bank Transfer dan melalui Sistem Pembayaran.
  • Mempersiapkan dan memproses laporan orderan yang masuk.
  • Melakukan crosscheck dengan tim Packing.
  • Sesuai SOP.


Packing

Persyaratan :
  • Pelamar minimal lulusan SMA/Diploma atau Setara.
  • Pria/Wanita usia 18-25 tahun
  • Dapat berbahasa Indonesia, secara baik dan benar baik lisan dan tulisan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang yang sama sebagai Packing.
  • Memiliki ketertarikan dengan kecantikan.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Tidak sedang Sekolah/Kuliah atau Bekerja ditempat lain.
  • Memiliki waktu yang flexible dan dapat di percaya.
  • Bertanggungjawab, Jujur, Ramah, Cekatan, Kreatif dan Teliti.

  • Melakukan pengechekan orderan yang masuk sesuai dengan barang yang akan di packing.
  • Mempersiapkan dan memproses laporan orderan yang masuk.
  • Melakukan crosscheck dengan tim Admin Order.
  • Sesuai SOP.
