Started out in a Twitter account back in 2010, Harumi Sudrajat, a beauty expert/enthusiast believes that the power of makeup can boost your confidence instantly. She never thought that her profession right now can create many impacts.

“I took International Relation in University. I was torn between Communication or International Relation. But I thought International Relation has more challenge. But I’ve always loved the beauty industry and amused by it.” How she became a blogger? “Social media was first hit its peak in 2010, at first I started writing twitter posts. Being a beauty expert,  getting invited to many events is her day-to-day activity. We might get an impression that Harumi is a very glamorous individual. But at heart, she is a genuine, and fun loving kind of woman. “People see me as this strong woman when actually I am a very fragile person. I have a very soft heart though,” said Harumi in between her sharing session with Eyelovin team.

Creating a blog that already has many loyal followers is not easy, she has been building her empire for 8 years. Through her ups and downs, her followers are the number one supporter. ”You know there was this time I vacuumed, lots of my followers emailed me sending out sweet emails, supporting me to keep on writing and posting. That means a lot. It makes me believe that what I am doing, has an impact.“ Now, Harumi is has been collaborating with several local brands products. In the future, she is hoping to have her own brand and have a happy life surrounded by family and her closest.

On Beauty:

  1. What is your skin care routine?

In the afternoon I use moisturizer. But now, mostly I use Korean skincare.

  1. If you have to describe your make up style and fashion, how would you describe it?

Not glamorous, but flawless. I love complexion. Let’s say I only use mascara, I still want

the complexion to be perfect. Fashion? I like everything that is comfortable and shaped

my body, I cannot wear something that makes me uncomfortable.

  1. As a beauty expert, you must have been invited to several events and has been working out together with several makeup artists. Who is your favorite?

Wow, I’ve been working with much talented Indonesian makeup artist, I mean you name it!

I’ve tried them all. There is no specific favorite, but for complexion, Andre Blake is amazing. Bubba is too. His makeup is very editorial.

  1. What is your forecast for makeup trend?

I can see that 2000’s makeup is starting to have its come back. Natural makeup, with

glossy lip gloss. Dewy foundation. Less and less on the matte lipstick and foundation. I

love this! Because I’ve always been obsessed with glossy lips.

  1. Last question, you are one of Eyelovin’s loyal customer. Why do you use Eyelovin?

Yes! I’ve been using Eyelovin for 5 years now. Eyelovin has very natural soft lens colors

that I don’t actually find in any other product. The brownish natural color. It’s very

comfortable and looks very good. My hope is for Eyelovin to have its own brand someday.

I’m sure going to be the first in line for it.
