Ana Octarina and Her Love for Photography and Traveling

Ana Octarina was once known as ‘Princess’ girl band personnel. Apart from that, she is also an actress, and now a well-known influencer in the beauty and lifestyle industry. With more than 278k followers on Instagram, Ana continues to inflate and anesthetize her followers by sharing interesting photos, information with her love for traveling.

She now lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband. This sounds like a big leap for someone that already have loyal followers back in Jakarta. But for her, living in Sydney is just the start of a bigger adventure.

“For me, the adjustments aren't too difficult. The saddest part of it was to leave my parents back at home,” Ana expressed her feelings when it comes to leaving her home town behind. “At first, it was really difficult because, I don’t have many friends here, so it can get lonely at times. Thank God I have my husband. And also, I can't accept some brand-deals, or event-attending because they’re in Jakarta. But overall I feel grateful because there are so many new things to do in Sydney.”

“I am now focused on photography. I love capturing moments and places. That’s the reason me and my partner created @sydney.hangout. We go to cute cafes, beautiful beaches, monumental places and incredible restaurants around Sydney while taking memorable shots of it. Usually, it takes us 4 hours stroll to finish a route. Oh! And we are open for pre-weed photos too! ”

But for herself? What are her favorite spot in Sydney? “Of course beaches in Sydney. Bondi beach is my favorite. But I love going to The Rocks too.”

In Sydney it is really easy to take pictures in several places. There is not much restriction. In Jakarta there are many rules. In certain buildings sometimes I can't take photos

No, for now, I’m really focused on photography

Since 2014, so, 4 years.
